DNP held a workshop at the Signature Pavilion Playground of Life: Jellyfish Pavilion of Expo 2025 Osaka Kansai Expo, where it is a sponsor as a Gold Partner, where participants could enjoy discovering new books and expressing themselves. Consumers who visited the "place with books" happened to come across a book, and were provided with a new reading experience in which they could use their imagination, express themselves and share their thoughts. Here is a report on the day.

Workshop Overview

- Creating a space with books: An impromptu "space with books" appears in the Jellyfish Museum
- A chance encounter with a book: By relying on color, you come across a book that you would not normally pick up.
- Expression through books: Express the feelings that arise from reading a book by coloring an original jellyfish-shaped worksheet
- Awareness and Exchange: A shared experience of pasting colored jellyfish onto a bookshelf that represents the surface of water, and letting the jellyfish swim in the ocean of the bookshelf.

DNP is sponsoring Expo 2025 Osaka Kansai as a Gold Partner, and at the signature pavilion Playground of Life: Jellyfish Pavilion DNP held a workshop to allow visitors to experience Kizuki-no-mori, which is being developed at the virtual venue of Expo 2025 Osaka Kansai VIRTUAL EXPO~YUMESHIMA ISLANDS IN THE SKY~ in real life.

Subject: Important Cultural Property "Toyokuni Festival Screen" (owned by Toyokuni Shrine, Kyoto)Experience
The workshop offered participants an opportunity to think (awaken) through three experiences involving touching a folding screen designated as an Important Cultural Property, depicting a festival scene from 400 years ago.
- Experience 1: Create an original costume and take part in the festival
Experience cutting out figures from the Toyokuni Festival Screen, colouring them into stickers and pasting them onto festival scenes. - Experience 2: Viewing the high-resolution replica of the Important Cultural Property "Toyokuni Festival Screen"
You can view a high-resolution reproduction of the Toyokuni Festival Screen up close and have a conversation with a commentator. - Experience 3: Stroll through Virtual Expo "Kizuki-no-mori"
